This information may include meal requirements, seat preferences, frequent flyer or travel rewards program information, and other booking options. Much of the information you provide is completely voluntary, but some information is necessary for you to book your travel with netTrav.

Traveler Information: This refers to information provided to us when you create a booking for someone else. We are not responsible for any information you provide us regarding another traveler. You should get the other traveler's consent prior to making any bookings.

Aggregate Information: This refers to information that does not by itself identify you as a specific individual. Such information would include the Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") or the Web site that referred you to our Site, your Internet Protocol ("IP") address (a number automatically assigned to your computer whenever you surf the Web), your operating system and browser type, and any search terms that you enter on our Site. Our Web server aggregates this information in order to monitor the level of activity on our Site, evaluate its effectiveness, and improve the content of our Site in order to make your visit an easy and enjoyable experience.

Your other information is generally used to provide you with a user account; to provide you with the products and services that best fit your request; to provide you with travel confirmation and updates; to manage your account; to communicate with you; to respond to your questions or comments; to determine user interest in our products, services, and Web site; to notify you about special offers and products or services that may be of interest to you; to customize your travel booking experience with netTrav.com; to provide travel rewards as part of our travel reward program, should you choose to join; and as otherwise disclosed throughout our Site.

Sharing Your Information
When you book with netTrav.com, the personal information you provide must be shared with the third parties required to complete your booking, including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, cruise providers or other travel vendors. We will also share your information with any third party necessary to facilitate the booking, including credit card processing merchants.

We may share, trade, rent, license, and/or sell your Personally Identifiable Information with third parties.We may also share Personally Identifiable Information you provide online with other netTrav.com related entities and/or business partners that provide services to netTrav.com.

From time to time, we may release or share with our corporate family Personally Identifiable Information when we believe that such is reasonably necessary to enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions of Use, to investigate unlawful activities, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others and ourselves. We may be required to provide Personally Identifiable Information in response to court order, subpoena, or government investigation. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

NetTrav or its related entities could merge with or be acquired by another business entity, or their respective assets could be acquired. Should such a merger or acquisition occur, you should expect that we would share some or all of your Personally Identifiable Information to companies serving you and other users of our Site.

Security
Your Personally Identifiable Information is stored on our servers in the United States.
