Once passengers purchase travel products from your replicated site, the vendor informs our travel department about the purchase and we post the information in the grid above. Then upon receiving the rebate checks or credits from the vendor, we update the information in the grid.

Some vendors send us rebates after the payment has been made, while other vendors send us rebates after the travel is completed. We update our systems on a weekly basis, and your rebates will show according to the vendor rules.
